Michelle is AMAZING. Michelle is the best stylist I have ever gone to, bar none. She is consistently perfect. She is also a fantastic colorist. Regardless of the service you need, Michelle rocks. She has great ideas, but she also listens. I can't recommend her enough.

Best pedicure w Maggie!. If you're looking for a great mani/pedi, ask for MAGGIE. I've been seeing her for over 8 years and followed her from Joseph Michael to Ambra. She's very professional, keeps her tools squeaky clean (very imp!) and my nail polish stays on forever! In all the years I've been seeing her for a pedicure, I don't think I've ever had a chipped toenail which is pretty amazing.

Amazing Massage with Lina. I decided to get a massage at Ambra. I get my hair done there, but had never tried their massage therapists. Anyway, let me just tell you, Lina did an amazing job! The pressure was perfect, but she even checked with me several times to make sure it was comfortable. She did a great job of working out the knots in my muscles, but also making me feel relaxed. I loved it!

Jason Berg is Fantastic!. I have trusted Jason with my hair for years. I even moved away from Chicago and have never found anyone as good or as thoughtful. He does a fantastic job, but he always always gives me exactly what I want. I never have to worry about my bangs being too short or layers being choppy. The best part is that his prices are great too!

JBerg. Jason's been doing my hair for the past four years and I will probably follow him anywhere he chooses to go - which includes a new salon (Ambra), over state lines, or into another galaxy. He's never been anything but prompt and professional, and I always get tons of compliments on my hair.

Chicago's Hidden Gem of a Spa. Ambra Salon & Spa is worth seeking out. Here are two great reasons:

1. Maggie is "hands down" the best nail technician I've ever experienced (even at four star resorts such as Kohler and Miraval!). My nails have never been healthier. Her pedicures can last up to six weeks, but you'll want to go more frequently for the heavenly relaxation of sitting in her chair and being pampered. I've been a devotee of Maggie's for nearly a decade and after just one visit you will be too.

2. Renata is an excellent esthetician, her facials are addictive and her waxing capabilities are quick and as pain-free as possible. As someone who has extremely sensitive skin, waxing can be problematic for me, but Renata was diligent about protecting my skin. She's been a part of my beauty routine for six years and will be for many years to come.

I followed both of these great professionals from Joseph Michaels to Ambra in February... and would follow them anywhere. At Ambra, I have been very impressed with the service, space, staff and welcoming feeling. I've heard from other clients that the massage services are amazing and I can't wait to try them.

You'll want to run -- not walk -- to Ambra. Maggie & Renata will get you Summer Ready!

Best manicure/pedicure and facials !!!. Maggie and Renata are the best at what they do ! I followed Maggie and Renata from Joseph Michaels to Ambra Salon and European Spa. They are extremely professional and I look forward to my manicures and pedicures from Maggie and skin care from Renata. I look forward to "my time" with them. It's very relaxing !

Great stylist. I had my hair done by Jason at the salon where he worked before. He has a way of making you feel really comfortable (not at all self conscious) and is also really skilled both with cutting and color. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my hair since he started doing it. He's smart and funny and he'll help you pick out a style that compliments your face shape and meets your needs. I will definitely be seeing him at Ambra. Thanks for staying in the area!!

Jason Berg. Jason Berg is an excellent stylist. He’s serious, professional and talented at both cut and color. I typically leave his chair looking better than the pictures I bring for inspiration. Many compliments since Jason started doing my hair so I am following him to Ambra Salon and will keep coming back!

What a wonderful surprise!. I followed Anna from another salon - she is the most outstanding hair stylist I have ever had. I have never before continuously visited the same stylist for so long. In addition to her talent, she is genuinely warm and very focused on her client and her clients taste and lifestyle. I never leave the salon without making another appointment! Ambra salon is beautiful! Bright, friendly, and really a pleasure to visit. It really was a delightful surprise. Congratulations Ambra and on your lovely salon and having both Anna & Mada with you. In addition to being truly skilled, they are both special people.
