I had a my hair relaxed and trimmed at the 900 N. Michigan location. The service was very overpriced. I was told at checkout the trim alone was $80. That's a lot to take 1/8 inch off of my ends. I was told a cut and trim are the same price. Who does that? ( I should have sat back in the chair and asked for layers.) Needless to say after receiving my $160 bill I vowed to never have my hair done there again. It was nothing special. My massage experience was fine. Nothing special, but nothing negative. Very standard, average spa treatment.

I have had my hair colored blond for about 6 years at Mario Tricoci. Lately I have noticed breakage. A few months ago my hair was thick and beautiful. I just learned that Mario Tricoci switched their hair coloring brand. I am not going back becuse I feel that it is unfair that my stylist never told me about the change and the end result is damaging. I am glad that I am getting out before it gets too bad. Do't go blond at Mario Tricoci!
