I live an hour away from the city, and have made the trip to see Jimmy since 1999 ~ and never regret it! I recently decided to update my hair from shoulder length to SHORT. I was a quite nervous, but Jimmy made me comfortable with my decision and took it a little at a time. I LOVE IT!!!

The staff is super friendly and is very open about giving advice. I think I met everyone working that day! Nothing intimidating about this Gold Coast salon.

I have been seeing Rosalind/Roz Ruoti at Trio for 5 years now. She is an amazing stylist. I wear my hair very short and she always give me a creative haircut! She is awesome!

Rosalind Ruoti has been my stylist in NY at Salon O2 for the last 4 years. I have recently moved to Chicago and i'm so glad that she is here. She is the best short hair stylist. I get compliments constantly! I love Roz!

So, I heard about this salon from a girlfriend and decided to give it a try. She got a coloring, and a trim and it was stunning! Needless to say, I ended up going to the woman that cut her hair, Roz. She was very upbeat, and knew a lot about hair. I was amazed at the quality of her work, and shall return, only if I can keep up with paying my other bills!! :)

My mother has been going to this salon for about two years now, and I must say that she never been more beautiful. She has told me about her stylist (Rosalind R.), and her wonderful sense of knowing what looks best on a client. My mother has gotten a plethora of compliments for more than a year now, and really would like to keep her salon a secret (too bad mom!). Anyway, since i'm moving to Chicago from New York soon, I think I know the only salon I will put my money on!
