Never had better Pizza in my life.. This is by far the best pizza that I have ever tasted in my entire life. It's classic Chicago style pizza with a sweeter sauce and incredible crust, and the cheese is chewy and full of herbs. The pepperoni is just incredible. The people who work there are very helpful, and the menu selection is huge. If you want burgers, or hotdogs, or gyros, or mozzerela sticks, or soup, this place can make it perfectly. Also, they have an extremely inviting outside, with an incredibely comforting inside. Lastly, this business has quite a convenient location in Brookfield. it isnt close to the zoo, but there are many of the town's main shops nearby, it is on one of the main streets, and the houses and library (and the town circle) are just a block or two away.

they hire illegal workers and fire Americans. A close friend of mine was recently fired from Paisans when she inquired about getting paid by check rather than in cash. All the other workers there are illegal aliens. Their food may be good but I'm sure there's a hundred other pizza places people can find in the area. Think about this before you eat there.

Brookfield's Best Pizzeria!. We go for lunch every Friday and always have great service. The people are friendly and helpful. The pizza by the slice is always hot and fresh. The lunch specials are more than reasonably priced and I have never had a problem with a substitution. Great job Paisans!

Consistantly good pizza...... We always order from Paisans and are never disappointed. Sauce is more of a sweeter taste. Crust has just the right amout of crispness. Toppings are standard fare. Waiting for them to get some of the more exptic toppingsfor a gourmet type pizza! Fridays and Sat delivery times are usually 1 to 1 1/2 hours so make sure you plan ahead or pick up.

Pretty Good. Paisans has a location in Cicero and I think it tops off the one in Brookfield. I went there since I was a kid and still continue to go.It's a family owned business (father and son), so you know this is a traditional pizza being served to us.
