I have been a client of Dr. Setty's for 6 or more years. I have never waited long nor been treated poorly for being 10 minutes late. I have never been complient with frequent visits before being cared for by Dr. Setty. I had a dental phobia from improper anesthesia as a child, which Dr. Setty has alleviated with her care. She and her staff are very concerned with quality care while attending to patients need for comfort. The difficult proceedures are made very tollerable partly because you know they are concerned and will act on your discomfort. I have had some deep cleanings in the beginning without anesthesia, which was my choice, and she was ready to give it to me at any point. When I did get anesthesia she made sure I was numb. She explains everything. The quality of the work done by all the staff is excellant in my view, as a nurse and from the dental surgion I had to see at one point. I think she is one of the best dentists in the city. I also sent referals who agree that both her and her office mate are excellant. The office staff is very helpfull and curtious. The place is spotless and the instruments are not apparent, which means nothing scarry to look at. The parting gifts are top quality which just says they care. You also get a wet towel to wipe your face, no need to double duty your bib, and a cup to rince with or without mouth wash in unlimitted quantities over a real sink with your numb mouth. I have never been confussed about the billing proceedure or expierianced an unexpected fee. The cancellation policy was spelled out as soon as she developed one, but a proceedure of signing it was added for those who might be too busy to read it and then complain. I give Dr. Setty 5 stars in quality, carring, environment, office and axillary staff, and information of all kinds even billing on every visit (at least 20) I have had with her. I thank her for my dental health.

I moved to Southern California over 5 years ago and I still go to Dr. Setty for my dentistry. I do so because I have never felt so at ease with going to the dentist before. She is very gentle on the gums, honest and professional. A bonus are the great views of the city from the dentist chair (before and after the cleaning of course). It's very hard to find a great dentist that is first and foremost about providing the best care possible. I feel lucky to have found a dentist that I hope to go to for the rest of my life!
