Be very careful folks. I went there to replace 1 tire on my Audi A6. The car has 26,000 miles and is a leased vehicle that I'll be turning in six months from now. Was told "you only have about half-tread left so we will only sell you a complete new set." WTF? Right, like I just fell off the watermelon truck. On to a tire store that is interested in making some money.

Very Friendly, Very Fast. I showed up without an appointment after a blowout. They got me in and out in 25 minutes. The prices are reasonable but the customer service is absolutely impeccable. Everyone in the building had a smile on thier face. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgable and gave me a few different options for my repair. More importantly, he didnt try to push me into anything i didnt want.

Great Service, Attentive, Knowledgeable Staff. I was looking to have my front breaks inspected and anticipated a replacement of pads and rotors. I woke up early to beat a possible morning rush, and without wasting any time, staff greated me very well, as I opened the door. I described what I was hearing from my breaks, the staff inspected the vehicle and didn't attempt to take advantage of my pocket book. I waited a short time as they had my parts delivered, replaced front rotors, and break pads. Price was what I anticipated, (after researching the night before). I WILL be back to service my vehicle again. I am now back on the highway thanks to the staff at Ashland Tire & Auto. Great guys gentlemen!

highly recommend. I came in because I had a hole in my tire and it was the closest place to my houe.... so glad I did. Very friendly people working, were able to explain things very simply and gave me my options. They even talked to my Dad on the phone so he didn't have to worry about his daughter getting taken advantage of! Looked online after my visit and they gave me a fair price for the tires and the tires were rated #1 in consumer reports. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Super fast too!

Cautiously Optimistic. I needed new tires for my car and had no idea where to go. I chose Ashland Tire and Auto based on their stellar customer reviews. All of the other tire and auto places had exceptionally bad ratings.

When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted with a 'Hello! How may we help you?' Good sign. I only had 3 types of tires to select from, which was fine by me. Expecting an hour long wait or more, we went to lunch. Exactly 36 minutes later, they called stating the job was complete. Wow, that was fast. The place was packed too - I definitely was not the first (or probably 5th) customer waiting.

The biggest surprise was my bill. I expected them to charge me for the full hour of labor (~$100). Instead, they charged me half, because that's what it took. They didn't nickle and dime me either with the taxes and all of the other miscellaneous charges they like to throw in. My overall bill was $100 less than I expected.

I highly, highly recommend Ashland Tire and Auto.

Great Service!. I've taken my honda here 2 or 3 times & finally decided to write a review. Once was for tires. I came in there about a half hour before closing & regardless of the late hour they were still able to do fix my issue that night, no hassle. The other 2 times were for brakes. I was told by another shop (Lawrence & Ashland - boo) that I needed new brakes. It seemed fishy to me, so I went here for another opinion. They said no way; my car would be good for another 15,000 miles. They charged me $50 for looking at it, but I was grateful not have to pay $800 something for new brakes! & Appreciated the honesty! They seemed as angry as I was that the other shop wasted our time & tried to get me for something I didn't need. So I went back here when the brake light on my dash board came on (a year later), fully expecting to need new brakes. No again! They cleaned & adjusted them & all still seems good over 3 months later. I will definitely go back. These guys are great.

Trustworthy. I took my Mini Cooper in for brake work after the "replace brakes soon" light came on in my car. I wanted to install aftermarket pads, t reduce brake dust on my car, and Ashland Tire installed them, and replaced my rotors at a price that was HALF the price of the dealership. They were straight-forward, and seemed very honest and caring. Highly recommend!!!

really nice guys. I've taken our minivan to Ashland Tire and Auto five times in the last few months (for tire and brake work) and have been pleased each time with their service. They have convenient hours and a convenient location, they are speedy, they charge a reasonable rate for their work, and they do a complete job. They are exceptionally considerate and this part of their service is what prompted me to write this review.

Most Honest Service In City. I've been going to these guys for 8 years because they are, hands down, the best at what they do in the entire city. If you need under-car work of any kind (tires, brakes, exhaust, suspension, etc.), this is your place. I've taken foreign and domestic cars to them, and never been disappointed in any way.

Typical service experience: Last week, I needed 4 new tires, and asked the guys at Ashland Tire and Auto to also check the brakes and a noise in the front end while they had the car 'up-on-the-rack.' Less than 2 hours later, I received a call stating that the tires were installed, the brakes were fine, and the rattling noise wasn't serious and had been corrected at no charge.

They could've tried to run up the price, and didn't. They could've kept the car for an extended period, and didn't. Fair price, honest diagnosis, quick turn-around time.

What more could you possibly want from a mechanic? This place deserves your business - you won't be disappointed.

Most respectable car place around!. I recently had parts stolen off my car. Of course as this was a shock to me panic overtook me when I had to figure out how to get around for the rest fo the week. Ashland Auto and Tire was recommended to me the same day I found the incident. They called me and told me exaclty what was wrong and recommend I get the police on the phone right away. I was able to bring my car in that night, they allowed for the car to sit there till the insurance people came, and got the work done same day that the repair was authorized. I was running late to pick up the car when it was ready and they stayed late for me. These people are gentleman, respectful, do not talk to you like you are stupid, and get the work done fast, and correct. They were extremely helpful and understanding to my situation and I would recommend them for anything and to anyone, ( as long as you show the respect in return). Thank you for a wonderful experience in a stressful time for me!
