Wow Sometimes it works well. I was at at loss at what to do when I dropped my passport in the Mailbox. Thank to three staff members working that day I was able to get my passport back. Can you imagine I wasnt even charged for this extra service.

Actually a Person That Cares!!. I actually hate this post office more than any of them! It sucks, they screwed up the mail so many times, its ridiculous! Today, though, I actually had an employee that cared! Lorenda R. Her and Mr Brown (past mail carrier) are the only two people there that give a sh*t about their customers! Otherwise, this place sucks!

confederacy of dunces. It's hard to even give them 1 star...too bad zero stars in not an option. This is a true confederacy of dunces. Not only do the workers not care in the slightest about ANYTHING. I get the wrong mail in my box every single day, 2 packages lost (that I know about) and the mailman is almost always drunk. Seriously. We are paying these guys with our tax dollars...WTF?

Horrible management and staff..... Lost an package? Good luck trying to get the manager to investigate, its gone!

employees that give an attitude,

manager doesnt care or reply phone calls and emails.

drivers that DO NOT leave delivery notices.

BROKEN POSTAL SERVICE. Warning. If you move to Pilsen GET A P.O. BOX before you move in.I have had REGISTRED mail delivered and signed for by a stranger next door that was VERY CLEARLY addressed to me. The suspicious neighbor kept the opned registered letter for a week. Had my tax./ss number and he has drunks over all the time. Find my Mail OPENED all the time in my locked box. That is done at the Piisen P.O.. Other neighbors bills and business mal in my box. It is absolutley unbelievable and dangerous.Repeated reportings and complaints to the Postal Inspector and Customer Service had done ZERO. Warning ! Avoid entering to complain or report . In fact do not even go to this Post Office because thestaff at the counter are like an angry mob and treat customers terribly. In all my 54 years I have never seen the postal service so broken. Use the main PO on Harrison as it is run by non criminal, sane people.
