Lily is the absolute best! She is the greatest in the city hands down! I have had many brazilians and other waxing all over the city and finally I met Lily. Other places take 45 min+ to wax your bikini and brazilian! Lily does an excellent job in 15 minutes flat. She is VERY quick with an eye for detail. In the past 2 years I have NEVER gotten off the table and seen hair left over. She does a great job EVERYTIME which is more than what I can say for other people. I would not rec seeing the other lady they have b/c she did a terrible job and left hair everywhere. It was an emergency and Lily was off that day. I recently had the opportunity to tell the owner this when she rec. seeing her again and she did not even offer to comp me for it which I thought was odd. I literally told her I don't know how that lady keeps her job with that kind of work. I will never go anywhere else no matter what because Lily is awesome. Lily also gives amazing facials. Her facial was the best I have ever had. My mother is now her regular too and was also very impressed with the waxing and facial. I had a pedicure once with Margaret, it was great! Excellent job but at $50 a pop I will continue with my regular pedicurist as she does a fantastic job at a much lower price $36. But don't forget that this place is in the gold coast so you won't find manicure/pedicure specials here for $30 like at other asian nail salons. It is a very nice place that is very clean, its higher end. The staff is european and does have a tendency to talk among themselves like another reviewer mentioned, however, since I'm cultured I don't mind it. Lily, again, is great! You will NOT be disappointed. Try her. At $55 for a brazilian bikini you can't miss this opportunity to have the most thorough, fast, professional, and comfortable brazilian wax. Yes I said it! It can be a good experience with the right person! You must try her! Girls that like to go bare down there need Lily's waxing magic!

Cons: Parking is iffy, manicures/pedicures are pricey

Rude employees. The employees all speak another language in front of clients during your service which is not relaxing or professional.
