Service, Service & Service. Total has been cleaning our buildings for almost 5 years.

As a credit to their staff and people, my company has given

two of their temporary employees full time positions in our company.

The best people in town!. What more can a small business person ask for.

Request service, expect the people to be on time, be prepared,

friendly and clean up after themselves.

The place was spotless, like no one was ever in the store.

The price was as quoted, with no surprises.

really nothing to say here. just get references I guess. I had different expectations so I take some of the responsibilty here but do be specific about what you hope to achive.

Total Janitorial da worse cleaning company in Chicago. The owner is a complete ignorant moron and has absolutely no business background. He treats his employees as if they were slaves. He puts them down, cracks jokes about his Mexican and Puerto Rican employees,doesn't pay them overtime and no benefits; mind you that he has over 25 employees working at various locations in Chicago.

This guy lost Children's Memorial, Grand Properties, Holy Name Cathedral, and two additional more accounts that I cannot remember off the top of my head; lost them all in a 30 day process; this past summer of 06. He has not paid his taxes in years.

Owner refused to fix problem. Very rude and crass!. Had a problem with service. Left 5 messages for owner. Finally caught him in the office. Very defensive, offered to fire employee instead of fixing the problem. Employees have low morale. Not a sign of good management.
