LOVE THEM!

I love this management company! They are so professional and friendly! Great service. I love my condominium. The kitchen and bathrooms are quality. I have recommended them to my friends and they have also bought units in their buildings and are equally satisfied. My condo is homey and charming. I love how the developers maintain the vintage style of the building and respect it's history. This Developer has a great vision of maintaining the Chicagoan charm and authenticity of neighborhood. I look for homes that have a soul and mine certainly does! I love my neighborhood and my neighbors. Allabastro chooses great locations and have very understanding service. I found my experience with them to be a pleasurable one and my condo's resale value has appreciated greatly. A+++

I have been genuinely impressed with this company's work and service. Excellent customer service and extremely reliable - two really important factors for me when making major purchases. Great company. Great service. Quality work. No complaints! Amazing condo rehab. No plans on moving anytime soon. A+++

Home sweet... Love my home!

Hi. I bought a condo on the northside of Chicago from this company and I was very pleased! And it wasn't my first condo purchase. Compared to my previous experiences, I thought they did a great job and were extremely friendly. My condo was beautiful. My punchlist was done per our agreement, which was 30 days not 1 week, but there wasn't much on it to begin with and I was pleased with the results. I like that they use GE appliances because they also have a great service plan. No electrical problems here, besides one thing I know is that the Chicago City inspectors check these buildings up and down, they are required to have everything up to current code and must pass every inspection to keep on building. My home inspector was not only pleased with the condo, he told me it was one of the best he had seen in a while! Anyway, I am thrilled with my new home and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!
