shampoo lady nicest person there!. I did not like how I was spoken to.Hairstylist was very rude,and did not allow me to explain how I wanted MY HAIR. Color came out wrong and they still charged me. I used to go to the shop years ago,and always left happy.Ossama needs to train his stylist,on how to be personable.Shampoo lady was very nice,she represented how the salon used to be. I was actually there to review them for piece I am writing,and my idea is true,the sequel is always worst then the original.Ossama is great,his team is horrible.OSSAMA,TEACH THEM WHAT YOU LEARNED,EVERY HAIRSTYLE IS SPECIAL<BECAUSE EVERY PERSON IS SPECIAL!
