Run Far Away from Joyce Ford. After seeing the sexist commercials and attitude of Ms. Joyce, I would never even consider stopping in there to shop. I find her commercials completely demeaning, not only to men but to women as well. In a day and age we live in, how could she produce these commercials. I would say RUN fast. If she can produce these without the least bit of guilt, how would she treat her customers.

Just awful. They checked my brakes, told me nothing was wrong. They kept on squeaking, they sold me new brakes and left something unhinged so my car now clunks as I drive. I just left it in for one week so they could fix the battery/alternator. Literally 4 hours after getting it out of their garage, the check engine light went on. I went to get it looked at, they told me there was no connection and it was $120 just to look at it. They are awful. Don't go there. Ever.‎

BEWARE!!. This place is ridiculous. I've placed other reviews from another site. I recommend that others place on every site that allows reviews:

STAY AWAY!! Ms. Joyce has gotten way to big for her britches. Just like the previous reviewer, they overcharge, break things and want to charge you for the repairs. . .Unfortunely, they don't consider if you've been a customer since their @$$ opened. .. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate agency, so that others will also be informed. I can't imagine how they got 3 stars (reviews) . . .must be one of the employees

Stay away from this place at all costs! It is a dark dreary palce with unfriendly people. They will overcharge you and they do very sloppy work. They even broke something on my car and wanted to charge me to fix it. Be forwarned!!!

I agree 100% service at this dealer is horrible.. Rudy is the lead at this location and I would never return there with my car again. I took a car in only a few months old when a molding fell off after a car wash. Rudy ordered the part, when i returned to have it replaced i waited over 2 hours for Rudy to come out and say "what part did we order for you it must be the wrong one. I was in awe..

PLEASE BEWARE: jOYCE FORD WHY ARE YOU STIIL OPEN. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE NOT WENT THERE BUT I DID ANYWAY, THE GOOD THING ABOUT IT I DIDN'T LET THEM GET ME OUT OF MY MONEY. THE WORKERS ARE RIDE, THE PRICE FOR WORK IS EXTREMELY HIGH, I WENT IN FOR A MIRROW GLASS ON THE DRIVER SIDE OF MY FORD 500, WHEN ASKING FOR SERVICE SOME GUY JUST QUOTED ME A OUT RAGEOUS PRICE FOR THE LABOR $115/HR TO BE EXACT THEN TELLS ME TO ORDER MY PART FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY CAR. I THEN PROCEDED TO THE FORD DEALER AT NORTH RIVERSIDE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME FOR $19 BUCKS.

Joyce Ford is TERRIBLE!. Do not, I repeat, do not go here for repairs. This dark and dreary place is full of unfriendly people. They charge higher that anyplace I've ever been to and will charge you an outragious amount just to look at it. Like the first reviewer, my car also came back with something broken and they wanted to charge me $400 to fix it. I wish I had seen the review before I went there. Stay Away!!!

STAY AWAY FROM JOYCE FORD, EXTREMELY RUDE & INCOMPETANT. STAY AWAY from Joyce Ford. I had a terrible experience with them. took my 98 mustang in for service, telling them about a loose steering problem. Their responce was new tires for $2000.00!! They also scrached the side of my car and no one in their shop would fess up, so Maureen Joyce the owner decided not to stand behind the damage. This was simply an extremely Miserable experience. Turns out the loose steering was not bad tires but a broken steerring linkage, an inexpensive part to replace, but extremely dangerous not to repair. A fast move on the highway and I would have been toast. Avoid this shop, they don't know what they're doing and they try to gouge your pocket.
