Good Selection. I recently visited Brigeport Video & Liquors for the first time. Good beer selection, large hard liquor selection, good new release selection and also an adult video selection. They do not carry a large selection of general movies. The employee said that they carry new(er) releases. Fine by me. I dont watch older movies anyway. As for the liquor, this is the only place around where one can purcahse 1/2 or pint size bottles as the CVS does not. Beer prices are comparable to the CVS across street. Better service, shorter lines.

Would you like a malt liquor with that?. It use to be a great store. They had everything and anything you could think of. Now its more like a "Liqour Store" then a Video Store. They even renamed it to "Bridgeport Video and Liquors" not that long ago. They pushed the videos to the back to make more room for coolers full of your favorite beverages. The counter is full of cigarettes and such. The old days of the candy counter are long gone. The only reason to even rent here is some videos they stock are out of print. But the quality of the selection is deteroriating at an incredible rate. The last few times I rented I had a video that was just unwatchable and they didn't even give me a refund for it. The service is BAD. I would recommend going elsewhere. Even the liquor prices aren't cheap. Osco across the street has better pricing.
