Great Customer Service & Great Value. My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen and needed new appliances including a washer and dryer. Kevin from Coles Appliance listened carefully to our preferences and desires along with our budget. He recommended a couple alternatives to meet our needs on a refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher.

In an appliance world with so many options and selections, Kevin really helped us find the products that fit our lifestyle. He was helpful through the planning stages all the way to delivery. Great Service, Great Appliance. Kevin, the gentleman with whom I spoke with for all of my interaction with the company, provides stellar customer service. I work for a business that needed a large window unit air condition and we needed it two months ago. The company we had gone through was giving us the runaround and the manufacturer of the air conditioner we had originally purchased was two months behind on stocking the unit in ALL Chicago-land stores, not just the guy we had ordered from. I decided to go with a different company and air conditioner after the bad customer service and run around.

This meant that my company needed a new ac on short notice- Kevin had useful information for me at every step of the process and he managed to get me a 29000 BTU air conditioner in a moment's notice. Not only did he get us the unit quickly, but he saved our company nearly 800 dollars in difference from the quote the first company gave us.

In addition to providing us with great service, Kevin recommended Ted. Ted installed our unit and removed the old one- he was the nicest guy you could meet, did a thorough job, and was excellent at explaining complications with the installation (old building issues) to someone with no electrical/wiring knowledge.

Best Furniture Store in the City!. Shopping at Cole's was the best decision my wife and I could have made. We are newly married and trying to furnish a two bedroom apartment on a budget. Right from the moment we walked in to the store we were politely greeted and given personal attention. As the other reviewers have said the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I might venture to say they knew what we wanted more then we did after just a few simple questions. The couches we purchased are really comfortable, look great, and cost half the price of anywhere else we had looked. On the delivery day the movers were very kind and helpful. Sadly our sofa did not fit but Kevin was very kind about it. Kevin saved us and even though he really didn't have any room to take it back he did. We were able to exchange it no problems and they were very nice about it. We love that store quite a bit. I forgot to mention we also bought an entertainment center and a coffee table that were perfect too. They delivered in half the time that we expected. And we have our eye on a dining table we will probably get soon. In conclusion I would highly recommend this store to anyone thinking of getting any new furniture. Only suggestion measure your doorways first!…

Excellent service...best place for furniture in Chicago. Just had my furniture delivered today. Kevin Krasney (Owner) was excellent. He took his time with me and knew exactly the type of furniture I was looking for. As a side note, after placing my order, Kevin was told that they no longer made the sleeper section that I wanted. He called Rowe Furniture directly. Despite the fact that the sleeper frame was no longer made, Rowe Furniture still had (2) in stock. In the end, I got the sectional set that I ordered. I don't think you'll get this type of service at any other big furniture store in the city. The furniture looks great and I'm glad that I took Kevin's advice on the new "merlot" color fabric.
