I needed a wall air-conditioner. I had a question. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come back to the phone. Yes, truly, I did - I am not overstating. Then they said they didn't know the answer. I called another company and the LADY who answered the phone knew the answer to my question instantly. Gads!
