Slow service. Slow service, did not come until over a week after promised. (during hot summer) I contacted this place for an air conditioning replacement, and they quoted me a decent price. They said that there was only one AC unit left in stock, and I should put a down payment (non-refundable) on it to secure it. I did since they said it was the only type that would fit in the wall, and any other contractor would be using the same stock. (and I wanted the job done quickly. (this was on a Sunday). They said they couldn't do the job until Thurs since they needed a part (a sleeve) for the unit to fit into. I did not hear from them for a bit and when I did, they said it would be delayed until Monday. This turned into Wed, again. Now it's Friday (almost 2 weeks later) and they said "It's scheduled to be completed today", but they have not shown up yet.…

Unproffesional and Rude. NEVER USE THEM I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM NOTHING WENT RIGHT! AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE, AND UNPROFFESIONAL, I AM SURPRISED THEY CAN KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN WITH THEIR HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!
DOES ANYBODY REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS HERE?. I needed a wall air-conditioner. I had a question. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come back to the phone. Yes, truly, I did - I am not overstating. Then they said they didn't know the answer. I called another company and the LADY who answered the phone knew the answer to my question instantly. Gads!…
