Please excuse my delay in providing feedback, but I wanted to let you know that the Reebie crew did a terrific job with the move! They arrived at 830am and left our house at 7pm with a job well done. Tino, the crew chief, and his team were hard working, accommodating, courteous, and careful. They had no issues taking a number of unboxed things from my previous basement (even though I told them I would move them later if it was a problem). They also manuevered around other movers from Darvin Furniture at the new house who were bringing in a load of new furniture at the same time. I could easily tell the difference between your professionals and the other guys as they (Darvin) put a big mark on my wall and scratched my new desk.

"Mr. Fox – I got your email from the Reebie web site. I wanted to take a moment

to sincerely thank you and your staff for all of the assistance, patience and

professionalism you demonstrated during the DHS relocation from 35 to 23 in the

John C. Kluczynski Federal Building. This move, coupled with our very intense

security detail made for some very harrowing hours.

A few days later DHS was faced with a situation of moving material from one

location to another and we did not know how to go about this. As I looked

around my new space and saw the Reebie name plastered over so many boxes,

well you guessed it. We contacted Reebie and your trucks and staff were on

the job within an hour. It was no easy task given the high security profile of our federal facilities these days.

Please feel free to use me as a reference and testimony to great service.

Of course I cannot forget Mr. Antoine Bell from the General Services

Administration who had the good business sense and pre-science to give you

our office relocation business. Thank you, Mr. Bell"

I just wanted you to know, the team that moved me on 7/31 was fantastic. The team was completely professional and respectful and everything was in perfect shape in its final location. I've used Reebie before and have been satisfied with the overall experience, but these guys really exceeded my expectations. Just thought you should know.

I want to express our appreciation on the quality of support both Krystle and Gail provided during our move.

At the beginning of our move, Gail made sure to communicate her contact information and the moving process to us. This made it very easy for us to contact Gail and schedule the movers to pack our things in Texas and ship to Illinois. Once we purchased a home, I knew to give Gail a weeks notice to schedule delivery of our things. With out skipping a beat our belongings were delivered and our new home was no longer empty.

Once we had finished unpacking, Gail informed Krystle that we were ready to have the boxes and packing materials picked up. Surprisingly the next day Krystle had all debris removed from our home. Days later my wife and I had realized that we had miss placed some check books in one of the boxes picked up. We were very upset with our selves. We never thought they could be found. But once we had contacted Krystle with the bad news, Krystle reacted immediately. The checks were found and Krystle had them sent to our home so fast we could not believe it. Thank You So Much Gail & Krystle!

You made our move a success and stress free.

Data storage. We use Reebie Databank and storage for all our document storage for our office. We are an accounting firm and have some very confidential documents and we have never had an issue with security at Reebie. They always handle themselves in a professional manner and when we recall a box from storage we receive it within hours of the request. I would recommend Reebie Databank and Storage to anyone looking for a good, secure, reliable, professional storage facility for their documents.
