Rude. i work close and had a co worker buy a hot chocolate for me since she was heading over to the 7 eleven. The hot chocolate was really just brown water so i brought my receipt and asked if i could just refill my cup. They refused... I was a regular coffee customer, but now i'll never return. it's really just annoying...and bad business.
