The worse travel agency ever.As long as you have to pay for the ticket,they don't stop calling you. If you have any problems after that,they start laughing at you. I can't belive that I let my self in their hands.Bottom line is that this is a ghost agency,so it's the same as throwing many away.

Outstanding Customer Service. Iliria Travel has the best agents ever. It is rare to find great customer service today, however at Iliria Travel one can allways find that. I have booked tickets with this agency for many times for myself and my family and has always been satisfied.

When the agent tells you they will call you, they will in a matter of seconds. Very dedicated to providing its customers with outstanding service. I was pleased every time I called and booked tickets. I recommend Iliria Travel to everyone. They are quick, friendly, and will make sure to find you the best deal out there.
