Editorial Review for Ranalli & Ryan – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
This restaurant's cavernous, maze-like interior has several dining rooms, with huge patio seating that's coveted in warm weather. Pizza is served five ways: super-thin, thin, pan, and Chicago-style stuffed and double-decker pies. Pan pizza is like thin, but with the crust folded back onto the pizza to overlap about two inches. For something different, try a panzerotti--a pizza turnover that's deep-fried to a golden brown.

I love their double decker pizza. One pizza on top of another pizza. For pizza lovers, this is a dreamy and delicious pizza.

I would argue that Ranalli's offers the best thin crust pizza in the city. However, their thicker crust (not deep dish) is one of a kind and just as delicious. Moreover the ambiance is lively, comfortable and enjoyable.
