Avoid for Dinner. Heard great things about Bordo's, but when I went for dinner with friends, the service was TERRIBLE, we were the only people in the restaurant at 7pm, food was not great and they were out of multiple items on the menu. Then, we were double charged on credit card. Might be fun for drinks, but definitely not for dinner.

Bordo's is a fave!. Bordo's is a great, local hangout. The food is much better than typical "bar food" with a variety of appetizers, salads, pizzas, pastas, and entrees including steak and fish. I LOVE the spiniach and artichoke dip and the BBQ chicken pizza is also a fave! They have an extensive and yummy martini list and a loaded bar than can provide you with anything your palate desires! I hope Bordo's is around for at least another 8 years- it's definatley my favorite Lincoln Park spot.

kb. dont understand why more people dont go there to eat the food. the food is amazing and the portions are huge. the weekend does tend to be a little crowded but its the only the place that i go that everyone is so friendly, and the owners are great.

Bordo's is the place to be. Hip bar, good music and good drinks. Much better than the other local joints on Lincoln St.

Mmm, Mmm...Good. The food is always amazing!!! I recommend the mexican pizza. As I go through the reviews, I am surprised to find that nobody else has mentioned the food.

Born in the 80's only!!. I work in the area and decided to give it a try. Well, its a great place if you were born THE DAY the Challenger exploded. Service...weak to avg. (I've waited tables for several years and all the way through grad school). Here...its churn and burn, with little ability to descibe the menu items. (In other words...drink here only). Tables that rock (yes...using the napkin underneath the foot of the table trick worked). Basically, its a glorified version of a kiddy bar. A good place to go if your 21 and wanting to impress your 20 year old girlfriend who happens to have a fake id.

CONTRITION BY BORDOS!. I attended a party this weekend that was a make-up party for an event that was botched earlier this year. The management and staff made certain we had personal attention and that everything was going well. I must praise management, especially the manager on duty and the owner for being especially helpful. Thanks a million!
