Where DePaul parties too!!!. If McGee's is the hotspot for DePaul students to party, then Kelly's is right behind them (not to mention right accross the street). Sure, McGee's has the live bands n DJs on the weekends, but for a place to "pre" or "postgame" and just sit and have a beer with good music playing in the background, come accross the street into Kelly's. Not much I can say about this place except it ranks right up there with MeGee's. Nuff Said.
