great deals. Kincade's always has some sort of great drink/food special going on. The food is very good, considering it's a bar and the drinks are cheap (even without specials). Service is fine. The bar is surprisingly large- three levels and karaoke! Always fun.

This popular jock hangout has plenty of screens.. The Scene
Just next to the Armitage el stop, Kincade's is a Kansas alum sports bar, which has swing-open storefront French doors and expands into the upper and lower levels of the two-flat next door. The theater-size screens are in the main bar and on the upper floor, while the garden level has a less-athletic, oak and exposed brick feel. More than a dozen beers are on tap in the main bar and downstairs. The clientele is mostly college sports fanatics who can afford to live in Lincoln Park.

The Draw
It's loud everywhere in the bar, but if you want the mega-decibel full-force fan experience, stay on the main floor. The upper level is a little more sane, a clubby looking room with two pool tables. People who don't even know who's playing tend to head downstairs.

Poor service...we'll never go back!. My friend and I like sports and figured this would be a fun place to check out. Our waitress was less friendly right away because we didn't order beer or alcohol, just soft drinks. When another server asked if we wanted more to drink, we said no because we weren't there to drink, just for a quick bite. Our waitress brought us the wrong food order, then the other server brought plastic utensils. It was awful. It got even worse, we were told that we had to pay our bill right away because of a shift change. When the server brought our change, she had short-changed us by $10.00.

Amazing service. Went there for new years eve this year,, It was an all you can drink when you pay for the ticket,, so we figured it would be tough to get a drink and you'd have to be the one tipping the most to be served. It was the exact opposite, the service was sooo fast and extremely nice. Never waited more than a minute for a drink, if I even had to stand up. Good atmosphere, not too crowded, but a good crowd.
