Avoid until I get fired!!!. I wouldnt recommend this place until they finally fire me, Im going to try my hardest to make customers not want to come back by offering things that arent legal if you know what I mean, which Im on. Sams Wines and Spirits on Marcey isnt where you want to be!

Champagne selection is fabulous!. When I first went into Sams, I was looking for a bottle of champagne. Knowing several of them I pretty much new what I had wanted. Charles, the associate in the champagne section approached me and we started talking about champagne. Before I knew it I was getting a great education on champagne. I walked out with 4 bottles and none of them were what I first went in for. He asked if I would come back and let him know what I thought of my purchases and I did. They were ALL FABULOUS! He knew exactly what my taste preference was and which bottles I would like. Needless to say, I have been going there for a few years now just to purchase my champagne! Every time I am there Charles teaches and talkes to me more and more about certain types of champagne, what grapes, where form, etc. Charles is the best! I wont go anyplace else ever!

Terrific customer service, friendly and responsive. I needed a bottle of wine to be sent to an executive at the home office in Chicago. I called in the morning, they made a reccomendation in my price range and delivered it the same day! Terrific job.

Sam's Wines for my Wedding. I pick my own wine for my wedding. This way I didn't have to work with my expensive catering company. This was soo much cheaper! Their selection of wines is superb!

Huge wine warehouse boasts competitive prices and selection.. Housed in a 33,000-square-foot warehouse, this retailer offers a vast selection of wines from around the globe. Stacked boxes of discounted bottles fill the floor; chest-high wire racks and clearly marked prices make for easy browsing. Wines are organized by region. Many choices are accompanied by helpful signs with descriptions, ratings or recommendations. Binny's also carries gourmet, wine-friendly foods, plus cigars, liquor, and micro- and macro-brewed beer.

great help always!!. No matter what you are looking for always friendly helpful people. There is a really nice man in the champagne area, will never steer you wrong. Gerard in the french area always great help finding what you need.

It's freakin' huge. Booze, booze and more booze. The prices are pretty goodhere, with even better deals if you join their frequent buyer club -- and joining is free. You can't haul your own stuff out to your car because the attendants are so quick to carry it/push it for you. For a dollar tip, it saves my back when I'm buying 2-3 cases.

great resource. the best things about this place are the selection (it's ENORMOUS) and the service, which is so knowledgeable it borders on geeky. even if you have no idea what you're looking for, these guys can help you find something you'll be happy with. if only it weren't such a nightmare trying to find a parking spot. :(

Alcoholic Nirvana. I know that's not really a nice thing to say, but Sam's really is a temple to that horribly addictive liquid which we all love so. They have tastings sprinkled throughout the store, they're nearly impossible to stump both on inventory (some non-liquor stuff too) and staff knowledge. They put specialists in their sections--I was literally about to marry the one they had in the Port area, she knew so much.
