The Best! A fantastic online experience! Fast service. I used their online shop vacsrus dot com to order and pay for some vacuum parts. Two days after placing and paying for my order, I received the parts! I emailed their customer service number with a qustion on my other vacuum and I received a response within a matter of minutes! If you want to deal with a Great Vacuum Cleaner Center, you found it here!

Horrible Service. I used their online shop vacsrus to order and pay for some vacuum parts. Their eBay shop is "Vac Shop North." Two weeks after placing and paying for my order and shipping, I'd received nothing. So I emailed and called their customer service number (leaving a voicemail). I received no response. I called repeatedly over the next few days and finally received a response via email in which they said they had cancelled my order because of my "attitude." I still have to check with Visa to determine whether I will get my money refunded. They never called me back and never indicated at any time whether the shipment was backordered, delayed, en route. Nothing. My "attitude" after waiting two weeks for an order that apparently was never shipped and never receiving any communication about the order, was the problem. I think not. Note feedback for vac_shop with similar complaint.

Keepers of hygienic homes and hotel rooms turn to this purveyor of easy-to-tote cleaning equipment.. In Short
Perhaps best known for its popular "bowling ball vacuum" (a high-suction canister model that can lift a 16-pound bowling ball off the ground), this New Orleans-based company has been producing industrial-strength, yet lightweight, vacuum cleaners since the 1960s. The early Oreck models, designed to ease the heavy lifting of hotel housekeepers, were sold only commercially. Now, there are more than 440 domestic retail locations peddling the clean-living tools, which range from traditional upright cleaners to compact canisters, carpet steamers and air purifiers.
