“Ok I went to this place because the internet site was cool and they had a lot of choices?”
“Avoid this place customer service is bad no matter which one you go to I agree with the person above!”
I wouldn't recommend going there. After my initial appointment, they cancelled my next two appointments. I went there in search of contacts with which I could read. After trying several contact lenses, I got a lecture from the woman at the Fullerton office, she scolded me for not returning the doctor’s phone call and also for not calling back within the 2 week period after I was in the office. I explained that I called the doctor back, leaving my cell phone number. The doctor returned my call, but at my home phone, and I was out of town for the week. So I called the doctor back when I got her message. I also explained that the doctor did not tell me I only had two weeks to get back to her and order my contacts. Maybe because she had her new puppy at the store and the puppy kept running into the exam room and the doctor was distracted. The woman insisted that the doctor always tells patients to get back to her within two weeks. So they finally said they would write a prescription for contact lenses - but only the ones the doctor thought were best. I had initially seen a different doctor at See, one who was no longer there, and I wanted a Rx for contacts that the first doctor had fitted me with. The current doctor would not write a prescription for the contact lenses the other doctor had tried on me a couple of months earlier - unless, of course, I pay for another initial exam! No thank you, I think I will go anywhere else.

Go to a different eye wear place. WORST Place EVER..
Ok I went to this place because the internet site was cool and they had a lot of choices? So I went in there and the manager Matthew was as nice as could be and I thought to myself great I have finally found a great places for glasses in the city.
So 10 days later the glasses get to the store and the shape is wrong and the ignornat girl at the store plays with them for 45 minutes just to scratch the lenses and they had to be remade?fast forward 2 weeks later the manger calls me that my glasses are not right again?so I say that is fine and could you please remake them?2 weeks later glasses are still wrong?girl at the store Brooke is a witch and could care less about the glasses being wrong again?I call the corporate no one is there to answer so basically the store was giving me the run around about their corporate number ?I finally get a hold of someone and the glasses come to the Skokie location (the area supervisor Tina is a brute and has no manners)?still get a lot of attitude from staff and glasses are still not right but I take them anyway?just because it is a hassle?. Avoid this place customer service is bad no matter which one you go to I agree with the person above!!!
They should be embarassed.
Highly Insensitive Treatment.
So, last Thursday the Doctor was called away and I got cancelled. This Thursday the Doctor did not make it in and I got cancelled. The very nice sounding voice at See informed that the Doctor would be booked solid the next two days and I would have to wait till next Thursday for an appointment. As I have been having a significent problem with my eyes I don't think I want to take the chance on getting cancelled next Thursday.
I know the nice sounding voice on the phone at See could see my file. It did not seem to matter to her that I have had five examinations and purchased eight frames from them. I wonder how good a customer you would have to be at SEE to actually be able to see their Doctor. And by the way, when I suggested that their inferior customer service was going to cause me to seek an alternative Optical shop. The very nice sounding female voice (5/10/07) made it clear that she really did not care. It seemed to me that she REALLY wanted me to understand that she did not care if I took my business elswhere. So needless to say I will.
There are many choices in our city. I would suggest you avoid this place and their laughable service at all costs.
The vision behind this sleek shop is 20/20: cool, affordable eyewear..
The Scene
With its brown and creme minimalist decor and modern-chic selection, one might take this corner store for a pretentious glasses boutique, ill-priced for those without trust funds. Wrong. Upon entrance, you'll undoubtedly be greeted with smiles, unparalleled service and, yes, reasonable prices (we swear).
The Goods
Oh-so-trendy, from the plethora of plastics, in virtually every color of the rainbow, to sophisticated wire frames. Styles range from Jackie O's and cat-eyes to geometrical squares and ovals. Double laminates (two-toned frames) are hot. All the glasses don the SEE label. You see, the middleman is eliminated, and buyers go straight to manufacturers in France and Italy after scoping the latest styles.
