terrible, liars. after I called for help on web site with my huge order I was told yes we do have the 2 dresses. They charged me and my credit card the right amount, I asked to have them sent via 2 days an extra $17.43 Few days later they only charged me for 1 dress and they still charge me the mail money with any previous notice they sent me one dress. I called and they said they discontinue carrying what we needed. Wrong, liars, I was told by the rep. that you have it in stock. Another friend order that dress as we did and they sent it. DO NOT ORDER from them, good, go yourself there and pick up what you need, over the internet they lie to you. CHEATERS.…

The TRUE Peaches Experience, unlike the fake reviews below. Im pretty sure that all the 5 star reviews listed on here were written by peaches employees because they sound completely off. I visited peaches in Chicago in May 2012 to go see a dress that Ive been looking for for my engagement party . Little did I know I was walking into what felt more like a prison then a store. Upon walking in I was read the rules of the store ( im being dead serious) . The rules are as follows-

No telephone use is allowed unless you are standing in the telephone area which is right next to the door. You must pick three dresses in order to using a dressing room, no more and no less.

So after looking around the room for the dress that I found online, I come to find out that its hidden in the back of the store, in order to try it on i have to pick three other dresses and they will bring me the dress. So i think ok thats fine whatever. I look around forever as the Peaches employees have their eyes glued on me. All the dresses are hideous, come to find out they hide all the GOOD dresses in the back. Every 5 minutes they would ask me if i was finished looking and take whatever dress that was in my hands to get my room started. After picking my three dresses they called out my number as if i was sitting at a mcdonalds waiting for my food. When going to the dressing room I found out that there were no mirrors in the rooms. I had to come out of the room and onto the middle of the floor in order to use the mirrors. The store was packed with people. I was not comfortable doing this, so when I asked if i could use a more private area, the lady who worked there seemed to get upset and defensive. So when I turned around to leave the store she decided to change her mind. By that point I had had enough of Peaches and all its employees. HORRIBLE SERVICE! As I was walking out of the place I noticed another girl leaving for the same reason and we discussed our disliking of the store in the parking lot for a good 10 minutes. I will never return and will never speak a good word of this place again. If you dont want to believe my review then go ahead and try it out yourself and Im almost positive you will be thinking exactly what I thought.…

I have always taken my daughter to Peaches Boutique. I have always taken my daughter to Peaches Boutique to get all of her school dance dresseshomecoming, turnabout, prom, etc. This year Peaches really out did themselves!! My daughter had selected a dress this year for homecoming that was super hot and flew off the shelves. No one is able to get the dress, as the designer only made a limited amount. But, Peaches of course still had one!! The only problem is my daughter is a size 0 and the last one left was a size 12!! As my daughter was on break down mode, because we didnt think we would possibly be able to alter a dress down that much!! But, as we are in distress.over walks the owner, Barb, to make it better!! She comes up and talks to us and was like no problemwe can do it!! We were hugging her and couldnt believe they would be able to do it!! And the best part, we got the dress back and it fits my daughter perfectly!! We are in awe of what they can make possible!! Peaches boutique is simply the best and can make anything possible, especially when you have your heart set on a dress and no other one will do!!…

I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was great! I found exactly what I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else. And for a price I could afford which was a pleasant surprise because Peaches is notorious for markups. I found my prom dress from last year in a different color for $200 more than what I paid for it. But this year I got one from Peaches for less than I was anticipating on spending. I'm so jazzed :)…
