Great Experience. I've been renting from Kass for the past three years and it's been a great experience. If I ever decide to move I will be checking with them first to see what other rentals they have available.
Never again. Don't rent from them!!! they have charged me move out fees that were out of this world . The appliances that were in the apartment were used and old to begin with but they still charged me for cleaning the stove refrigerator & oven which had chipped paint and normal wear & tear on them. I have been thru several apts. before them & have never had this issue. while I lived there they moved in a pothead who started smoking at 6 am until... the smell would coming in my back door. Also the walls were so thin I could here my neighbor snore, the kitchen wall was thin the living room i could hear the potheads Tv and conversations really clear, it was like living in a college dorm. They moved in tenants that sold drugs from midnight until 3 am. constant bell ringing & strange people I was afraid I'd get robbed or burglarized one day.Management is rude not worth the headache.…
The Best. The best rental company I have rented from in Chicago, and I have lived in the city for 20 years now! They handle maintenance and tenant relations in a very effective manner. They don;t let things linger. I hope to be with Kass for a long time.…
Great fit!. Kass Management has been great for my property. They have taken care of things very well and thoroughly. I have been very satisfied with all of their hard work keeping the place rented.
