Bad customer service/multiple postings by employees.
Let me start by saying that eiila890, robert468n Caroline789, darylvc, JessicaMck, TinaFJ, and TatumVerbatum all work for TBG as can be seen by their posting history. Ignore them.
TBG has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Emails and calls are not returned promptly, and when you do talk to them their answer always seems to be "Well, it is our policy to...". I am not concerned with their policy, I am concerned with getting a quick response to requests. I am trying to sell my unit and the buyer needs info for his bank loan. Tania at TBG made me aware that it is their policy for me to jump through several hoops before I can get a copy of the building budget, and that it will take, at a minimum, 7 days. I needed this very basic piece of info by tomorrow. Low quality.

Nice Work.. This management company has really helped our building come together. I would recommend The Building group to anyone in need of condo management services.
Excellent!. The property management is excellent. I have had a lot of confidence in Chris and Liz. They both do a fantastic job!
Best in 20 years!. Mary K. is the best onsite manager since I’ve lived in the building (20 years). She’s responsive, patient and knowledgeable.
