WOW!!!. I've been looking for cosmetology schools as of recent because hell, hair stylists seem to be doing pretty good through this lovely recession and I just got let go. Enough about my drama. Anyways I went to a lot of places and I really loved the paul mitchell school on Roosevelt. I thought for sure that this was the best freakin' place. Then I fell upon Steven Papageorge Academy and was blown away. They had amazing facilities and just and overall beautiful school. Not to mention Paul Mitchell was over 20k and this place was under 14k for tuition. The classes were a lot smaller and more personal as compared to other places where I just felt like I would get lost in the mix. Needless to say I am very amazed about how great this place is.

best school ever!. one of the best schools ever. with this school, you cant "judge the book by its cover"..

it is a little out dated..but...they have the best instructors ever!...

and u learn so much because the instructors dedicate their time to you...

it has a very humble environment...and if you want to learn from the best instructors ever... i advice you to go there.

Very outdated facility!!. I visited this school recently, and was very disappointed. This was the most outdated and unattractive cosmetology school I have ever seen. It looks like it hasnt been updated since the early 1970's. Im sure the students perform great services, but they should be given better equipment and a more comfortable environment to learn in.

Editorial Review. Academy provides employment assistance and hands-on instruction in cosmetology and nail technology. Students provide supervised salon services to the public.

Incredible instructors!. I had know idea what to expect but I wanted a career change and everyone at the academy was so helpful and professional. Needless to say I learned a lot. I would highly recommend anyone interested in becoming a stylist to enroll here.
