I have used this Company twice and would not use anyone else for my loans. The Owner is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has the awards on her wall to show it. They were able to give me a deal even better than I had hoped because they interviewed me and tailored the loan for me. I had some issues with certain aspects of my situation, and it was amazing to hear them work it out with the Underwriter. It is so refreshing to find a Mortgage Broker that is not trying to take you for every penny they can, for a change.
Pros: Attitude, Warmth, Expertise, Reasonable fees, Variety in products
Cons: None - Seriously. They exceeded my expectations by far.
