Karen told us that the home we bought had a brand new roof. Later, after the purchase, we found out the roof was over 100 years old with only a new layer being applied over the existing roof.

The property managers/realtors use this agency to rent out their own properties. The property managers/realtors do not disclose that the property is owned by a coworker until there is a maintenance issue. Then they inform you there is nothing they can do for you. There is a reason the property owners can't list the properties with any other company, no one would deal with them or the condition of the properties.
Pros: None
Cons: Won't fix repairs
