Terrible Customer Service. Purchased 3 chandeliers because all 3 were in stock. Was not told that one would be a display model. When the display model was brought down a piece of the chandelier broke. Somehow, the sales person thought that I would still take this chandelier. Which, I didn't. Told me that since I was returning it....how did I return it when I never walked out the door. Delivery would be in about 2 weeks...not at all apologetic. Called to check on delivery told it would be about 3 - 4 weeks. The person checking on the delivery time...had a nasty attitude. I have purchased light fixtures there before...would never go back.…
