Fantastic Customer Service. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands through Rick, who was so helpful. Since my ring request was a custom design, I just gave him a picture and he designed the ring perfectly. The ring was so beautifully made and it was exactly what I hoped for it to be. He even posted the ring on his store's website. This store comes highly recommended from two very happy customers. Thanks Rick!

Exceptional customer service!!!. I have a somewhat unusual antique engagement ring and was having an impossible time finding a wedding band to match, so we decided we would need to have one custom made to fit.

Enter Rick Chavez...for a great price he was able to create a beautiful handcrafted antiqued chevron style band w/white topaz (my choice due to affordability) settings to match my diamond ring!!

Now not only is my band absolutely amazing, but his patience w/my nitpickyness and overall friendly an accomidating attitude is to be commended.

I also had 5 watches serviced here, and the return time frame was very quick and prices incredibly fair.We plan on going back for fiance's watch resizing, engraving various items, and any other business we can bring this man/company.;)

What more can I say....truly a top notch establishment!
