Really quality. Cocos Cleaning is so convenient and efficient! I called them the day before, and they were able to schedule for a pick up the next day. I'd say "Thank you thank you"

RUDE, VERY Expensive, and not customer-focused. I am new to the area and took my dry cleaning to Coco's. I found her prices to be VERY expensive compared to other Chicago neighborhood cleaners. I used to take my clothes to a dry cleaner in Lincoln Park that was much cheaper. When I told Coco about her expensive prices she told me that Thursday is ladies day (30% off...There is a Ladies Day sign posted to her window.). I took my cleaning on Thursday and she would not honor her promotion because I did not have three items. This caveat was not noted on her sign. When I mentioned that this was the second time I've had a problem and that I would not be returning she simply said, "I have enough customers and I do not need your business."



I encourage you to support other local dry cleaners who appreciate customer loyalty and who clearly need your business.

Rude, expensive and bad service. Despite sign that says same day service I had to come back to pick up something that was getting hemmed. I paid using card and there was no problem, yet when I went back to pay for something else (that I had to pick up the next day again) I was told they only accept cash. The woman peered into my purse as I was looking for cash and was happy to point put that I had some quarters!!!

Very nice alterations. I had a bridesmaid dress altered here and they did a very nice job for a reasonable price. The dress needed to be hemmed and taken in. The woman who took care of my alterations allowed me to try the dress on before it was completely done, and finished up with nice, neat seams. Also, everything was done on time for a cost of about $38.00.
