In Short – Not your everyday salon, men get cuts while watching a massive plasma TV that flickers with sporting events or guy-friendly films, flipping through Maxim, surfing the Internet or sipping a brew. Services offered include shampooing, cuts and coloring, plus mini facials and chest, back, neck, and eyebrow waxing.

Expensive, but totally worth the price.

by Ungst

This place is expensive but totally worth it. My hair looks alot better then it ever has before. I guess you get what you pay for... If you try this place out, ask for Lauren, she is really really good and and really nice too.

Mixed feelings

by only1dgood

Where do i begin, I have been going to my barber for 3 years, he is about the best in the city that knows how to cut my hair. He made me made by not showing up on time (x3) for my hair cut. I was a little reluctant finding a new shop so I called on Halo cause i remembered their marketing campaign at the bars in the area. I have to say i really enjoyed the experience but as soon as i looked in the mirror at home the experience wasn't worth the $40 +$10 tip. I asked for a fade but what i got was something totally different, my fade looked like a special education ceramic class bowl cut, not symmetrical at all. Now here is my dilemma, do i go to my Barber to get it fixed or wear a hat for the next two weeks.

Don't get me wrong, the girl was really nice with her conversation, and her head massage was out of this world. The hand massage was exceptional too, that is why i gave a generous tip.

I would like to go back and give the girl the opportunity to learn how to cut my head, that maybe a waste of time not to mention a little embarrassment when i show up to a business meeting and my hair has more going on then the tie that I wear

The 2 stars I give are for the tangibles that i received at the salon, I couldn't take my hair cut with me and that is, after all, what I went there for.

  • Pros: head massage, hand massage, personalities,
  • Cons: not the right stylist for my style of hair
