It's bad when the movers steal your belongings, even worse after you feed them and tip them. And then the company makes no effort to resolve this issue. 6 months later, I have had no response from the claims department. I've never writen a review before or contacted the BBB to file a complaint but this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. BTW, they advertise the BBB logo but 5 Star is not a member is good standing.

HORRIBLE!!

This was my first experience with using a moving company and it makes me not want to use another one. They told me they would give me 24 hrs before picking up my belongings. I got 5 hours notice. They would not disassemble my large items even though I was told that they would ahead of time. This of course added onto my cubic footage. I was quoted $1000 and ended up being charged over $1400. They also told me that I would be given 24 hrs notice for the delivery. They called me 5 hrs before the scheduled delivery and told me that they had truck trouble and were only willing to deliver my stuff at 11pm or 5am the next morning. They weren't willing to deliver it when I got out of work. So I basically had no choice but to choose between late at night and EARLY in the AM for the delivery. I spoke to the owner who was absolutely unprofessional. He refused to make any accommodations and clearly the customer wasn't going to be right. He was rude and condescending, and I got NOWHERE! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! So not worth it. I should have rented a u-haul.

My worst move ever:

Stay away from this fraud:

They showed up late. delivered late.

They packed 1/3 of my furniture. Charged good money for it and I ended up with broken CD player, broken glasses and dishes. chipped desk and bed. Only books and clothing were not damaged!!

The claim processing is a hoax. They don?t return your calls. Do your research, read review to find out what kind of company they are.

This is what you get for No Government regulations for these unethical people.
