Davis Imperial Cleaners saves the day!

Davis Imperial Cleaners is a phenomenal establishment. Today is my wedding and I left it to this morning to pick up my attire. However, I failed to make the connection that they would be closed today for the 4th of July. Jordan took the time out of his day off to meet me there so that I would my clothes for the wedding. Not only was the cleaning job brilliant, in a time when customer service seems like a lost art, Davis Imperial Cleaners excels. Use them, use them, use them. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they derserve it.

WARNING- TERRIBLE WITH VALUABLE CLOTHING

These people treated me, a long standing customer, so horribly after they completely RUINED an expensive pair of pants. They shrunk them to a size 0! At first they accepted responsibility and tried to "fix it" but they got so much worse. When they saw they were not fixable they shut me out. BE WARNED

Butter and Leather..... no problem... for Davis Imperial Cleaners!!!

My wife and I were in Chicago for our anniversity after Christmas 2008 visiting from the Lake Tahoe , Nevada area. We were sitting at the bar at the Chicago Chop House when a waiter and bus-boy collided and spilled drawn butter on her suede leather coat. After discovering the butter on the coat , the next day, we were told to get it dry cleaned. The Concierge at the Hilton Palmer House, Debbie Sawyer, contacted Davis Imperial Cleaners to pick the coat up and send it back to us when finished. We received the coat back in two weeks looking like brand new. We are so happy with their customer service and superior cleaning service. If we lived in the Chicago area, we would ONLY use Davis Imperial Cleaners.
