This West Loop restaurant seafood supplier receives shipments of cod, mackarel, sea bass, whiting, sole, salmon, tuna, mussels, clams, halibut, shrimp and swordfish from both coasts. While the business may have started with fishing the area's own Lake Michigan and nearby reserves, it brings in some of its inventory from fish farms. The seafood is packed in freezers and displayed over vats of ice to lock in freshness.
