BEST TEA STORE IN TOWN. I live in Missouri and have visited Chinatown in Chicago many times. Ten Ren is a fantastic store to visit. The scents when you walk in, the knowledge of the personnel on the teas they sell, the huge number of teas they offer. There just is no way to truly describe this store to some one who has never been it there. I look forward to my visit there every time I visit Chicago. If someone is just looking for your run of the mill grocery store lipton bag you have a lot to learn and this is the best store around for learning. One person earlier quoted about abrupt phone attitude. I would say this is not normal I have called there many times to order tea and this has never happened to me. Phone ettiquette. I attempted to call this business and they answered the phone simply "hello". When I asked if this was a business they said yes- what do you want? I received curt answers to my questions and hung up on instead of a thank you. I will not being visiting this buisness based on the way I was treted over the phone.
