Worst service ever!!!!. a good establishment is only as good as the wait staff AND THE SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS! I've been here multiple times because of my wife and I never really like this place. My wife has lived in Bridgeport for the past 42 years, her whole family grew up here. So we came again today and I was highly disappointed! I had it this restaurant has the worst service ever. Is the first time I see that the manager or owner who ever he was gives the reason to one of his employees even after we complained about the waitress. Bad atitude, Bad service, Disrespectuf, just terrible hope that no one else goes through what i did. If they would have been busy I could understand but when you have two waitresses, two busboys and it's not busy there's no excuse we had to constantly find our waitress if we needed anything. The place is not even that big! To begin with. SHe thought to do NOTHING on her own. How many passes do you make without refilling drinks? Or Asking if we'd like a refill on the chips. We had to ask for every single thing on the table! Can we get another pop, can we get more water, more napkins, another beer? There were 4 of us and two small children under 2 years old. Once the bill come She made damn sure to add the gratuity to the bill of 20% For doing nothing. it doesn't end there and the Manager then gets loud with me and hostile. When i asked the manager there if here cared for his customers he replied no and to get out. I will NEVER go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.…
Bad service!!!! ( terrible experience) =-(.
I cant deny that the restaurant it's good. The best thing there are the buffalo wings and the margaritas. I've been going there for severals months and the only bad thing is the service. I had a
problem with one of the drivers of the restaurant he was herasing me for cuple of days. Severals days I notice that he was looking at with a discusting look he will not stop and two days ago it was even worst.
This guy was so ovious he looked at me up and down so discusting he even turn all his body and lower his head that was so disrespectful.
So i told my boyfriend who was with me at the time and he went up to the driver and talked to him. My boyfriend didn't say anything bad he just ask him if he knew us because he keep on looking, and also told him to be a little bit more respectful and that was it. But the worst part was that the manager or owner of the restaurant came up to us jelling and with a bad atitud saying that we must not be serve. After all we went throug he was mad at us with out leting us explain or not even sayin who he was. I'm so disapointed after thinking that this was a really good restaurant with mexican food they are very disrespectuf and have a bad service. Hope that no one else experience that same thing I did. =-(…
Great Carne Asada. This restaurant is known for it's skirt steak, carna asada. It is a healthy portion, grilled to perfection. The prices are reasonable. Margaritas are good and the atmosphere is great to watch a sports game. The staff is very attentive. However, they will struggle with a large crowd.…
Pretty Generic. Visited here after being told that it is the best they had so I did have some expectations. The service for a busy pre sox game was overall good. The drinks did satisfy as the other reviewers stated. It is the food were we part company. Mostly bland, the rice had no flavor, rest of the dish was greasy. There are many more Mexican places in Chicago that serve authentic food. Most are the smaller hole in the wall places that are not trying to please everyone, and may not serve alcohol, but much better food. I would go back here for drinks and something to nosh on. I would describe Pancho's as the Bennigan's of Mexican food.…
Best Mexican restaurant for steak!.
If steak is your choice for Mexican food, Pancho's is the place! They have the best char-broiled steak on all of their sandwiches and also have steak for an entree served with beans, rice, lettuce,
tortillas and the fixings which is succulent! It is very juicy and very tasty!
Margaritas...did I mention that they have the best margarita I've ever had. People I know go there just for the jumbo margaritas, also! The flavors are regular and blended strawberry. Yumm! A great way to cool off in the summer time! Their prices are very modest and affordable. You can eat an entree with a margarita for under $20.00. Great deal for such delicious food and awesome service!…
