The Scene – Christmas lights, orange-sherbet-colored walls and casual kitsch make this Roscoe Village joint a cozy hangout. The Beat Kitchen has been building a loyal clientele for a decade and now welcomes new faces from the booming Belmont axis. I have never had anything bad to eat, and they have a good selection of beers. I have to admit I prefer this place in the summer when you can sit outside, but other than that, this place is fab!

AWESOME Time!

Although the drinks were standard, as was the service, this club still had it going on! The atmosphere was buzzing yet not overcrowded, the bands were cool (Planet Delirium and I Decline rocked the house!), and everyone was there for a great time. Nice! I hear the food is good too...
- Pros: Decent street parking, Unique venues, Pretty cheap
