Watch out for hidden fees!!!

I was shoping for quotes online and got alot of emails for Auto insurances that would interest me. So I thought why not try Eagle Insurance? Good prices, great quotes, why not? so I bought my policy from them wich I later found out I was charged with a policy fee ( wich I never herd of this before!?!? ) and got loaded with things I wasn't aware of... ( They even charge a cancellation fee and also high marked up late payments!!!!!) so when I called to cancel my policy because I thought this is rediculous! they told me to contact the "company" instead of them the "agency". sure I spoke with different agencies in order for them to explain what was going on and how it works? AS WELL TO CANCEL It's not even worth getting this insurance for what kind of agency and company your dealing with??? hidden everything?!!! I mean realy!? NO SUCH THING... Sorry but State Farm is best got my policy almost same price "full coverage" with "road side service" and best of all NO HIDDEN FEES!!! THANK YOU yea by the way didn't got no refunds back after I payed months advanced to eagle. unlike the other reviews would NOT RECOMMEND EAGLE INSURANCE

Good enough for me!

I was shopping for quotes and got a ton of emails. This was the only place that sent me the quote along with the fees they charge. It was all emailed to me with the quote. (Copies in the mail too) They charge fees but they give it to you in writing before you even pay to start. They also give you an option to pay without being charged fees, which I got. My price is $130 less than what I paid my old company. I got my policy and ID card emailed to me right after I paid!!! I had an accident a month in and it says to call the company right on my id card and it gives you the phone number to call. When I had an accident with state farm, they transferred me to someone in claims to talk to. Same deal. I did read about some "bonds", but I emailed them and told them I didn't need that. My advice to everyone is READ all the paperwork you get and ask questions. You will save money with Eagle.

Watch out for markups and they sell terrible insurance

Bought my policy from them which I later found out was marked up with a policy fee (ins't your commission enough!?!?) and loaded with things I didn't want like a bond card and something to tow my car for me even though I had that on my insurance poilcy too.

Then when I made a claim they told me I had to contact "the company" and not them "the agency." Sure enough I contacted the company and got the run around from them for a few weeks before getting my car looked at.

If they would just sell some reputible insurance and disclose that they are adding items to what you purchase things could have gone easier. Surprised the city hasn't looked into this behavior yet.

Unlike the other reviews would NOT reccomend Eagle to anyone for anything.

The people in customer service are very friendly and sympathetic to your needs

I've been insured with Eagle Insurance for several years now. Last year I ran into some financial hardships and was very stressed out. They were able to find me affordable insurance rates with a flexible payment plan. That was one less thing to worry about. I've recommended Eagle to all my friends.

• Pros: Convenient location, not too far from the Kennedy expressway
• Cons: Can't think of anything

Highly recommended. I have had Eagle Insurance for about 5 years now. At the time I took out the policy they were the cheapest in town. Their performance when I filed claims has always been excellent. Customer support is great. Relatively easy to get through to them and they provide reliable information. Claims are handled expeditiously and the quality of repairs is high.
