Traumatic experience & poor customer service. I was so excited when I found this grooming place close to home, but was extremely disapointed with their services. When I dropped my cat off, I offered to wait while they washed her. They told me there was no need to wait, because it might take an hour. They assured me that they would call me about 15 minutes before she was done being washed so that I could come back to pick her up. When I received the call, the employee told me that she was done being washed, and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, she had been sitting, shaking in a room by herself. She was still wet and when I brought her home, I realized she had urinated on herself because she had been scared and left alone for 20 or so minutes. When I called the owner and asked for a refund, she refused and said that the employee did nothing wrong. I felt like they lied to me and didn't care how upset I was. I would never go back or recommend this to anyone. If allowed, I would give zero stars!…
Review for Pet Care Plus, LTD.. Fabulous place! Usually, when we kennel our dogs, they come home very needy and exhausted. I think they are exhausted because it is usually difficult to sleep in kennels. Not so this time. The dogs were clean, relaxed, happy to see us, but I didn't feel as if I had rescued them from a dog pound again! I would absolutely board them there again. I really did my research before I took them to Pet Care Plus and it paid off!…
My dogs love it!. I have been going to Pet Care Plus for years! I am a very satisfied customer, and I'm always referring my friends to the wonderful service they provide. Almost every month I take my dog for grooming, and they always get the job done right! I have been boarding my Yorkie as well as my Pug there for almost 6 years now, and my dogs always get excited when i drop them off. They always look forward to going back, and playing with the other dogs there. In the summer they really like to splash in the shallow end of the pool. Thanks to everyone at Pet Care Plus!…
PET CARE PLUS RULES. I am a HUGE fan of Pet Care Plus!! As someone who works in the pet care business, and KNOWS daycare and boarding facilities, I am always happy to refer my clients to Jennifer and her team at PCP. They facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the dogs LOVE it!! I have referred MANY clients to Pet Care Plus for daycare, boarding, and even grooming. One of the best things about Pet Care Plus is that they have a tremendous, totally enclosed outdoor space and the city's BEST dog pool. I have visited most of the other facilities in the city and met their staff and I can tell you that Pet Care Plus is truly one of the best. Great pet care and top notch client service. I am VERY picky about where I will refer my clients and Pet Care Plus has never disappointed me. They rock.…
Sweet place for your pooch. My dog started daycare here this week and really seems to like it. That is if being tired at the end of the day is any indication. Anyway, I went to a few different places and this one seemed the cleanest and had the most space which I think, if I were a dog, would be big pluses so I gave it a shot. Like I said I am glad that I did. Too boot it is close to my office in Riverwest so that is good too.…
