TERRIBLE SERVICE!. HORRIBLE, ABYSMAL SERVICE!

Arrived at 9:30AM, ordered steak/eggs & chilla-killas (chilequiles) & coffee. By 10:15AM all we had been served was the coffee, no sign of our breakfast. People that had been seated after us were already finishing THEIR food. Asked for the check and they had the nerve to charge me $5.73 for two cups of coffee; no apology for the horrendous service, no offer to comp the coffee, no attempt to make amends. Totally spoiled my Saturday morning, avoid this dump! Left one star because I couldn't leave LESS.

HORRIBLE. This is simply one of the most horrible restaurants that I've ever been to. The service is absolutely sub par. If I wanted to hang out with a bunch of phoney suburban-grown "punks rockers" (notice the quotes), I'd go to Schaumburg and eat at the food court-it's very obvious that this place recruits its staff from there.

After a long wait (and there wasn't more than 3 other tables occupied), my burger arrived late and cold. Yet, for some odd reason, my fries were hot. The food was barely edible, and not just because the burger was cold. You can get a MUCH better burger elsewhere for quite a bit less.

They do have a decent beer selection, but what place doesn't nowadays? The patio was nice, but would have been a more pleasant place to eat if it weren't so damned filthy.

Overall, I will never be back to this phoney theme park. The service is horrible, the food isn't even average and both drinks and grub are terribly overpriced....horrible, horrible, horrible.

rude management, poor service. I have been here many times and always wonder why I come back each time I do.

The patio is nice, some of the staff is attentive, but I will never return after my last experience.

My friends and I went to brunch and it was busy. I have worked brunches and they are tough. The place was dirty, under staffed, there was no method or organization. We had no silverware, when we asked for it (5 minutes after our food arrived), they said they had to wash it.

The coffee and food was cold, food came before drinks, when I spoke to the manager, he yelled at me and told me we seated ourselves. This was not true, the host brought us to a table by the bar.

We were charged full price for cold food and the rudest service I have ever received.

I suggest the Breakfast Club or Flo for Brunch in the neighborhood. As for a patio, Cafe Fresco's is lovely and they don't give any attitude.

Twisted Spoke is a disappointment.

Horrible at best........ The burgers are mediocre at best. The service is decent enough, but I can't get over how pretentious these wanna be bad-asses are. I guess it keeps with the clientele who think that wearing fingerless gloves and bandannas makes them bikers. There's no bikers here. Lots of frat boys with their hats turned backwards, though. I saw one guy pull up on a bike, and the manager ran outside to shoo him away from parking near the door (how stupid is that). This place was decent when it first opened (I lived in the area before relocating to San Francisco) but it's really gone downhill. The bloody marys here come with some sort of meat salad thrown in and are absolutely undrinkable. They should concentrate more on the poor food than gimmicky concoctions that'll be sure to give you heartburn. I wouldn't recommend this awful place to my worst enemy.

Hairy Situation. Went to this place on a Sunday for Brunch. Service was mediocre at best, food was good until three of the four people in our party noticed there was HAIR IN OUR FOOD. We tried to blame it on the fact that we were sitting on the roof top deck and it must have blown into to 75% of our meals. Will not go to again. I gave it two stars soley because I want to believe had we sat inside there would have not been any hair in our food.

average. average burger (and overpriced), seemed dirty, and there were a lot of people working yet only one seemed to be doing any work.

User review by stablee. How this even managed a to be rated is amazing. Cute beer botle salt & pepper shakers with rusty caps. And it never got better. The hamburger was on the low side of OK. Voting was skewed or somebody got paid. NO STARS HERE!

Pub grub and biker-bar atmosphere draw tattooed punks and yuppies alike to this irreverent River West hangout.. Helmets, license plates and photos of locals and their beloved bikes adorn the walls. The crowd is a friendly mix of tattooed punks and River West yuppies. The menu includes barbecue, meat loaf, jalapeno poppers and the 1/2-pound Fatboy. For Saturday and Sunday brunch, there's French toast, banana-buckwheat pancakes, corned beef hash and the Road Rash Mary--a hot, spicy bloody mary accompanied by a beer chaser.
