My boyfriend bought earrings here several years ago and recently lost one. We brought the one we had in and the proprietor promised to find replacements equitable in looks, size, etc. He promised me results in 2 weeks. This was the day after Thanksgiving and he's not called me once in 2 months. I am going there today to pick up my lonely earring and tell the man what I think of his "customer service". If don't want service beyond the day of purchase, this place is great. If you are looking for a store to call your own - keep looking.
