Pilates studio offers group classes with mats or equipment along with massage services.

Horrible

Very disorganized. Seems one receptionist has to keep track of too many things. Signed up for an advanced class that turned out to be a DANGEROUS intermediate class, and haven't been back since.

Pros: Moderately clean
Cons: Poor instruction

My favorite pilates studio

I have been doing Pilates for 20 years and after going to several other studios started at this one when they opened 11 years ago. Unlike the big health clubs I was drawn to this storefront location because it has a more intimate and soothing atmosphere yet is fully equiped with all the equipment you need. They are certified to train Pilates intructors so you can be confident that they are pros who instruct knowledgeably and safely.

Pros: personal and professional staff

Outstanding Pilates Studio!!

Body Endeavors is a top notch Pilates Study. The studio itself is serence, warm and inviting. The atmosphere is so calming with the colors, candles, smell... a perfect atmosphere to let the outside world go and focus on youself for a while. I am new to Pilates, and the instrutctor's attention, depth of knowledge and ability to work with my body and level of experience helped me feel comfortable and get the most of my time. and to top it all off, the prices are the lowest in the city!!!!
