They do a great job but very busy during a storm..
Great job! Third time we have used Jim's and each time the team gets better and better.
Called and received an estimate in 24 hours and the guys that worked on the job were friendly and cleaned everything up.

Poor customer service. No show. I waited all afternoon for Jim to show up for an appointment for an estimate. I called his office and the receptionist was so rude. She had no idea if he was planning on stopping by for the appointment. She told me she would have him call and he never did. I wasted my afternoon and was scolded by an irate receptionist. Why would anyone run a business this way?
