Best Coffee Shop in Schaumburg. We recommend this coffee shop in the library to everyone!! The staffs are very helpful and friendly and their sandwiches and drinks are awesome!!

Horrible service, rude server, food not available. I went there last month with a friend and a 3 kids and we had the WORST experience ever. We ordered only 2 personal size pizzas, and the girl behind the counter said it would take 8-10 minutes. Keep in mind this is lunch time, about 12 noon. There was also a blind gentleman that ordered one small pizza right after us. After 20 minutes, were were aggravated, so was everyone else that was not getting their order. After 25 minutes, still no pizza. Usually, there are pizza slices in the rotary warmer ready for lunch. Finally, after 1/2 hour, we get our pizza. The blind gentleman did not get his pizza by the time we left, which was at least 45 minutes from ordering. The girl was especially rude, told me to shut up and sit down. This being a cafe in the library, with kids around, I also expected the staff's apparel to be appropriate and decent. The girl's butt crackse would show every time she bent, not to mention the love handles and butt cheeks hanging over her hip-fitted jeans. When approached, she yelled and said it was none of my business.... At this rate, there will be NO BUSINESS for them. I will also file a complaint with the B b B and the state of IL. Extremely rude, slow service (that's NO SERVICE). Don't bother, there are many fine and cheaper restaurants in Schaumburg, starting with Lou Malnatti's just across the street.
