Outstanding personal care and grooming. At the Streeterville Pet Spa they take personal interest in each animal. Our dog is a 12 year old "Shih Tzu and he can't stand for long periods of time. They take special care of him treating him lovingly and gently. At the same time their grooming skills are the best. He always comes out looking and feeling like a puppy! His fine hair is all the same length. His tail, ears and beard all done to perfection. When I bring him in they greet him and he is happy to go into the cage to wait his turn. At other places he won't walk through the door! I give these people my highest rating. They are expensive, but worth it!

BEST, BEST, BEST,BEST,BEST,BEST. I highly disagree with the review submitted by "jesseflores" who was obviously thinking of another business. The owners of Streeterville Pet Spa have been in the business for more than 20 years. They are highly professional and take great pains to ensure their clients (furry and otherwise) the best attention to care and service. The utmost attention is given to every detail involved in grooming and they have a very devoted clientele, many of whom have tried others and returned.

They are the best and one should seek them out -- they will not be disappointed.

A high-end spa and boutique for properly pampered pets in 60611.. Paris Hilton's chihuahua would feel right at home in this Streeterville grooming center and boutique for pampered pets. Shelves are lined with kitty caviar, eye beautifiers, shea butter moisturizers and rhinestone collars. Beds mimic owners' sleeping quarters with plush chaise lounges and sofa beds with canopies. Standard grooming services include ear cleaning and nail clipping, with aromatherapy thrown in. And the ultimate pet treats: birthday party packages complete with yogurt cakes and biscuits.

I gave them a 5 because i have no opinion anymore.. I wrote a review earlier and someone is telling me that the bald spot on my dogs back did not exist. Who ever told me I was wrong has to mind their own business, but it also sounds like the person works there. I didn't even remember writing this review until I saw it today. The truth was that my dog left that place with a bald spot that it did not come in with. Other than that, the dog grooming was amazing. I know accidents happen and I don't want to lead people away from a place that many swear by, but thats what happened. Honestly I don't know much about this place or how many groomers this place have, but I thought i would check it out. I wasn't happy, but try it yourself.
